INTRODUCTION
- These Standard Promotion and Bonus Terms apply to all promotions offered by TIKAL CASINO and form part of the General Terms and Conditions between you (the player) and us.
- These Terms and Conditions may be available in different languages for convenience. If there is any difference between a translated version and the English version, the English version will always apply.
- If there is any conflict between these Standard Promotion and Bonus Terms and any other promotional terms, the promotion-specific terms will always take priority.
- TIKAL CASINO reserves the right to update these terms or modify, suspend, or remove any promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (such as force majeure, technical issues, or legal changes). Where possible, we will provide players with advance notice.
- If you do not agree with any changes, you may choose to stop using the site, stop participating in promotions, and/or close your account. By continuing to use the site after the changes take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.
- All promotions are time-limited offers, and bonus terms may be changed at any time.
- By default, all times shown in TIKAL CASINO promotions are in Central European Time (CET/CEST). Players are kindly asked to convert these times to their local time zone.
- TIKAL CASINO reserves the right to update or correct any Promotion at any time to fix obvious errors, such as misprints, typographical mistakes, or visual errors, or to improve clarity and understanding of the offer.
- TIKAL CASINO management also reserves the right to modify or remove any Promotion, and to limit or deny bonuses or offers to players in cases including, but not limited to, problem gambling, bonus or promotion abuse, or any form of technical exploitation of the system.
- TIKAL CASINO reserves the right to disqualify any player from any Promotion if evidence of abuse or fraud is found. Should you find TIKAL CASINO ’s decision unsatisfactory, you may follow the TIKAL CASINO 's complaint procedure or seek an alternate dispute arbitration, whose decision will be deemed final.

PROMOTION AND BONUS ABUSE
- We offer promotions in good faith to players who use our services for entertainment purposes. Players agree not to misuse account creation or other methods to take unfair advantage of bonus credits or promotional offers provided by TIKAL CASINO.
- TIKAL CASINO has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, fraud, unfair advantage, or any suspicious activity. We reserve the right to block, remove, or adjust bonuses, as well as any winnings linked to such activity, from accounts that are reasonably suspected of involvement in these behaviours. Access to promotions may also be restricted or removed from such accounts.
- In such cases, TIKAL CASINO is not obliged to refund any funds beyond the original deposited amounts.
- Promotion and Bonus Abuse’ is defined as but is not limited to, any one of the following types of activity:
- The use of VPN, proxy or other services and techniques, for the purposes of deliberately obscuring, hiding or changing IP addresses in order to fraudulently take advantage of promotional offers;
- Whether known or unknown to us, taking advantage of any software or system bug, loophole, fault, error, or failure including, but not limited to, in respect to any game provided;
- Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus or any other promotional offer more than once;
- Working in a syndicate with other players to abuse promotions, deliberately cheat or other exploitative behaviour;
- Placing a series of contradictory bets placed by a customer or group of customers within the same game/betting market with the final goal of achieving profits regardless the final outcomes of the bets placed, or any other type of abusive behaviour;
- Placing equal, zero or low margin bets,
- Moving from large bets that are placed on high variance outcomes, and after a large win switching to normal variance outcomes with smaller bets with the purpose of clear wagering requirements.
- Placing bets in excess of the maximum stake allowed when having an active bonus.
ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
- Please note that any bonus can only be claimed once per person, household, family, residential address, email address, payment method, IP address, device, or shared computer environment.
- If you are using a shared device (for example at a workplace, public library, or internet café), only one claim per computer and/or IP address will be eligible for a bonus, prize, cashback, or similar offer.
- In cases where TIKAL CASINO determines that a bonus was claimed multiple times due to a genuine error or temporary technical or connectivity issue, and there is no indication of fraud, any eligible winnings may still be paid out at TIKAL CASINO’s discretion.
- If you are currently self-excluded, or you become so from TIKAL CASINO during a Promotion period, you will not be eligible to participate and receive any bonuses and/or prizes during the time you have self-excluded.
- Employees, officers or directors of TIKAL CASINO and their family members/relatives shall not be eligible for Promotions.
- TIKAL CASINO reserves the right to review transaction records at any time, where required by our licensing obligations.
- If, following such a review, we determine that a player or group of players is involved in collusion, fraud, unlawful activity, or any other form of improper behaviour or abuse, we reserve the right to remove their eligibility to participate in the Promotion and to void any related prizes, bonuses, or rewards.
- Please note that, for these reasons, some promotions may not always be visible or available to all players. If a player is unable to view or access a promotion, it may mean that their participation in that promotion has been restricted.
TYPES OF BONUSES AND ACCOUNT BALANCE
- At TIKAL CASINO, in the sports betting product, we currently offer three types of bonuses:
- Deposit Bonus
- No Deposit Bonus
- Free Bet
- Currency conversions for casino bonuses are calculated as per the following example: 10 EUR, 10 GBP, 10 USD, 10 CAD, 10 NZD, 50 PLN, 50 BRL, 50 PEN, 10000 CLP, 3000 HUF
- The maximum withdrawal amount from winnings earned through any No Deposit Bonus in the sports betting product, claimed before making a first deposit into a player’s account, is €50.
- Unless stated otherwise, Free Bet offers allow maximum winnings of up to €100 in the sports betting product.
- Only one bonus can be active per account at any time. Players with an active bonus will not be able to claim or activate additional offers until the current bonus has been completed or cancelled.
- All types of bonuses are added to the Bonus Balance in the Account.
- A Deposit Bonus consists of Deposit Money and Bonus Money, together referred to as Mix Funds. Mix Funds are credited to the player’s Bonus Balance.
- Players may cancel an active bonus at any time by contacting Customer Support.
- When a bonus is cancelled: (i) any open bets on events that have not yet started will be voided; (ii) the cancellation will only be processed once all pending in-play bets have been settled.
- Please note that if a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirements are met, all Bonus Money and any associated winnings will be removed.
- Players wishing to make a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements must first cancel their active bonus. Please refer to the cancellation terms above. A player’s Total Balance is made up of two parts: Real Balance and Bonus Balance.
- A player’s Total Balance is made up of two parts: Real Balance and Bonus Balance.
- The Bonus Balance contains Bonus Money, Mix Funds, and winnings from LV Spins. Funds in the Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted into Real Money by completing the applicable wagering requirements.
- The Real Balance contains funds that are not subject to any promotional conditions and can be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal rules.
- When a player’s Total Balance includes both Real Balance and Bonus Balance, and the stake amount exceeds the available Bonus Balance, the difference will be deducted from the player’s Real Balance.
- Where the Bonus Balance includes both Deposit Money and Bonus Money, bets will be funded first from the Deposit Money. Bonus Money will only be used once all Deposit Money has been wagered.
DEPOSIT BONUS
- Deposit Bonus is a Bonus Money player can receive upon making a deposit.
- To claim a Deposit Bonus, a player must activate the relevant offer in the available bonuses tab on the deposit page or use a valid coupon before making a deposit. The method of delivery will be specified in the Significant Terms of each relevant promotion. Deposit coupons are valid throughout the duration of an offer.
- If a player with an active bonus does not wish to wager using bonus funds, they are required to deactivate the ‘Use Bonus’ slider on the betslip.
- Once the deposit has been confirmed the player will receive the Bonus Money immediately.
- To decline the Deposit Bonus, a player can deposit without activating any offer from the available bonuses tab. Should a player decide not to take an already selected offer, they need to go back to the available bonuses tab and select the 'Deposit without bonus' option.
- Deposit Bonus is made of Deposit Money and Bonus Money constituting Mix Funds.
- Deposit funds are always used first when placing bets.
- If a bonus is cancelled or expires, the original bonus amount will be removed from the balance, along with any bets that were placed using bonus funds. Any remaining Real Money balance will stay in the player’s account: Example: You deposit €50 and receive a €50 bonus. Your total balance is €100. If you place a €30 bet and lose, your balance becomes €70. If you then request a bonus cancellation, the €50 bonus will be removed, leaving you with a €20 Real Money balance.
- All sports deposit bonuses are subject to a 6x wagering requirement, unless otherwise stated. To unlock and use the bonus, players must wager the full Mix Funds amount, which includes both the deposit and the bonus.
- Deposit Bonuses must be wagered within 30 days from the time they are credited, unless otherwise stated.
- All winnings from Deposit Bonus will remain as Bonus Money until wagering requirements are met.
- Any Bonus Money left on the account after 30 days will be forfeited.
- Wagering and promotional play restrictions apply.
NO DEPOSIT BONUS
- No Deposit Bonus is direct, Bonus Money, added to the Player’s Account, to play for.
- To claim a No Deposit Bonus, players must enter a valid promo code in the Promo Code section.
- Unless otherwise stated, promo codes are valid for 5 days from the time they are issued.
- All sports No Deposit Bonuses, if not otherwise stated, are subject to a min. 3 times wagering requirement. In order to redeem a No deposit bonus, the player must wager the bonus amount.
- If a player with an active bonus does not wish to wager using bonus funds, they are required to deactivate the ‘Use Bonus’ slider on the betslip.
- No Deposit Bonuses must be wagered within 30 days from the time they are credited, unless otherwise stated.
- All winnings from No Deposit Bonus will remain as Bonus Money until wagering requirements are met.
- Any Bonus Money left on the account after 30 days will be forfeited.

FREE BET
- Free Bet is direct Bonus Money added to the Players’ Account.
- All sports Free Bets are subject to a one-time wagering requirement. To use a Free Bet, players must stake the full Free Bet amount in a single bet. For example, if a player receives a €10 Free Bet, they must place a single €10 stake to use it.
- Unless otherwise stated, Free Bets include a 2x winnings multiplier.
- Winnings are calculated as: Free Bet stake × total odds × 2.
- If not otherwise stated, Free Bets must be used within three days from the time which they were credited.
- All winnings from Free Bets will be Real Money once the wagering requirements are met.
- Any Free Bet left on the account after three days will be forfeited.
- Wagering and promotional play restrictions apply.
WAGERING AND PROMOTIONAL PLAY RESTRICTIONS
- TIKAL CASINO imposes certain restrictions in the way in which players can wager a Sports Bonus when participating in a Promotion.
- The types of bets that will count towards the bonus wagering requirements will be stated in the significant terms and conditions of the promotional material sent from TIKAL CASINO.
- When playing with bonus funds, or money that is subject to wagering requirements, it is only possible to place betting tickets with specified requirements such as: number of selections, minimum selection odds and/or minimum total odds.
- Returned and voided bets do not count towards wagering requirements.
- Bets with used cashout options do not count towards wagering requirements.
- System bets do not count towards wagering requirements.
- If not otherwise stated, bets on Virtual Sports and Player Bets section do not count towards wagering requirements.
- Players with an active bonus must have a positive Real Money balance to place a bet with lower odds than those stated in the promotion-specific wagering requirements. Such a bet will not count towards wagering requirements.
- All bets placed using Bonus Money must be settled and the final event results must be published in order for the Bonus Money to convert to real cash funds, upon wagering requirement completion. Returned, voided and partially won bets do not count towards wagering requirements.
- Before any withdrawal is processed, a player’s activity may be reviewed for any irregular betting patterns.
- Customers are not allowed to place bets on both sides of the same outcome for the same event. This also includes placing bets on different selections within the same market, or on equivalent markets (for example, Double Chance and Asian Handicap +1/-1).
- If TIKAL CASINO determines that irregular betting has taken place, we reserve the right to withhold withdrawals and/or void any winnings.
